Does anyone know who is actually responsible for the offensive game plan. Ultimately, I know it's Les Miles call on style but do you think it's collaborative? Is it 75-25, 50-50 or is 100% someone's baby? If so, the baby needs to thrown out with the bath water!!

Another issue I have is Les Miles' pontificating at Half. It's like he doesn't have any real good answers! I cringe when the go to interview him.

I am starting to wonder if we should all listen to former players and their criticism of Les Miles and not be so eager to dismiss their past internal observations, after all, they were involved 100%.

You guys must be too intellectual to grasp any real discussion about issues!

I guess talking to a bunch of monkeys would be more constructive!

You are asking a question there is no easy answer to. The short answer is the OC is responsible for the gameplan. At LSU since Krags was hired and had to step back bcs of illness he may have more input than other staff members.

However ultimately Les is the guy. If you have ever been a boss or an employee and either presented an idea to the boss or evaluated an idea brought to you, you will get this. No matter how good the idea may be the boss is going to go with and allow that with which he is comfortable.

We could have Mike Leach as OC and ultimately Les will run or allow to be run an O he is comfortable with.
