3 QB's- who to start?

I have Cutler, Luck, and Fitzpatrick.
Cutler is against Jacksonville. I'm leaning this way due to the matchup and the good game Cutler had against Dallas.
Luck against Green Bay. This is a tough matchup, but Luck may need to throw a lot.
Fitzpatrick against San Fran. To me, the least attractive option bc of the D, although Fitzpatrick has been throwing the hell out of it.
Who would you start?

Luck, he will probably be throwing a lot so he is sure to find the endzone a few times
