Were the Saints stripped of a 1st round pick from the NFL?

I don't expect the Saints to be winless this year, but if they finish, say, 5-11, would they get a first round pick based off their record? Normally they would, but I hope the bounty penalties didn't screw that up too.

it was a 2nd round and goodell opened up the possibility of getting it back

and maybe the cap space lost was difference between ability to resign nicks.
