The one big concern I have for our defense versus the Gator offense is Driscoll's running ability. That Towson QB ran through LSU for some big gains. Can't allow that this weekend.

Yeah. Driskel (sp?) has some wheels.

Price is a pretty mobile quarterback, what'd you think about his production?

The big thing is containment.......our ends have a tendency to rush up field and take themselves out of plays.

We will have to be careful with him for sure.

pretty sure LSU was preparring more for Florida than they were for Towson last week. Look for LSU to dominate. They always shine in the big games.

what makes you think this is going to happen? Florida is trending upward...we are trending downward...the game is in the Swamp and they want serious payback for the stomping they received last year in BR. LSU has exactly five days to find answers for multiple personel issues and, IMO, a serious lack of on field leadership. we no longer have TM7 to rely on for a pick here, a strip there and the contagious swagger and confidence he infused last years squad with. we need kids to step up and to consistantly make plays, tackles, blocks, throws and catches. if this team doesn't get it's heads out of it's arse this saturday then it is surely going to have it's arse handed to them gift wrapped in orange and blue. it really is that simple.

I would agree 100% in prior years but this year no. we have no bigtime playermakers. I think this is 2005 or 2009 all over again with every SEC game will be either a ugly win or we will lose.

don't forget the sky is falling also. LSU is a 3 point favorite over florida. Apparently everyone does not believe the sky is falling like you do. They will be ready to play.

There has been a lack of focus, but honestly I think if we eliminate some mmistake formplayers we know can perform better (ODJ drops, fumbles from our running backs) we would be a very different offensive team.

I laugh when I see this...I really do. Everyone wants to say this, but it is the penalties and turnovers that are killing us up to this point. It is that simple. LSU dominated Auburn but kept them in the game due to critical turnovers and penalties. I don't even count Townson...it is a a game we should not have scheduled. Clearly no intensity/focus. LSU has played well at times this year, and I expect them to come out very focused/intense this Saturday. If they cut down on the turnovers/penalties, they will be fine. If they don't, it could be an ugly, close game.

This is correct. We need some serious on-field leadership from an upperclassman. Players aren't responding to the coaches, perhaps they will respond to a fellow player. Mett, Ware, Simon, Reid...someone needs to light a fire.
