aparke7 LSU Fan Madisonville Member since Nov 2007 218 posts	Down payment vs closing cost vs cash to close (Posted on 9/22/12 at 12:01 am) Ive been looking at purchasing a home within the next 6-9 months and have started doing some research on FHA loans. I know down payments for these loans are at least 3.5%, can someone clarify the closing and cash to close. TIA
