Need some help IDing this

We found these two while prepping some boiled shrimp. They are obviously in the shrimp family but I've never run across these before. I'm sure it's something I should know so feel free to ridicule me. Can anyone help me out?

That's what my buddy said lol

It does look similar to a ghost shrimp but the head is a little different and the legs aren't as large, tho it may have lost it's large claws

That is the rare, but delicious, roach-prawn.

Those are usually about $5 a piece.

That is a mantis shrimp. They are pretty bad arse. Do a YouTube search an there are a lot of cool aquarium videos. They pretty much kill anything put in the tank with them. They also come in a variety of colors.

In the food industry they are called rock shrimp. Very tasty. It taste like shrimp and lobster mixed together.
