"Louie" Late Show, Part 3

I thought this was an excellent finale to the Late Show trilogy. Louis CK has grown so much as an actor and a writer. I know a lot of people on this board feel like he's trying too hard and this season hasn't been as good as the previous two, but in my opinion this trilogy trumps everything he's done up to this point in this series. I may be a little biased because I've been a Louis CK fan since Lucky Louie, but I truly felt like his performance and writing in the trilogy alone was Emmy worthy. What's the consensus of the board?
