Darrius Heyward-Bey or Jerome Simpson?

So should I drop DHB since he hasn't been very impressive and pick up Simpson since I've been hearing great things about him and how much Ponder is gonna throw to him? Or should I give DHB another look this week and risk losing out on Simpson on the waiver wire next week?
ETA: I would only be starting either in case of emergency or bye. They'd be trade bait if they preformed well.

I went ahead and grabbed Simpson this week to hold on to for just in case. I think if you dont need to start either soon, I would pick Simpson. If you may need to start one in the next 3 weeks, I would go DHB
