If the word out there on Blue is true, we will now be down approximately 12-13 players (when you include those that are academically ineligible or the one that screwed up and got kicked off...ie TM7). Yes, yes I know we are loaded at tailback but that is not the point. EVERY game (or hell even practices) we are getting hit by the injury bug...bad! And it is widespread...from the O-line, to the secondary (Loston), to RB, DL, etc.

We have depth but that depth is very, very young and inexperienced. Let's all be honest with ourselves...we have not played a legitimate opponent yet so none of us knows just how great this team is or can be. Can these FR and RSFR continue to rise to the occasion...I hope so. However, there is no substitute for experience. These kids have talent, but we cannot continue to get hit with these devastating injuries. Depth (and more importantly experience) is taking a hit.

I'm sure I'll get hammered for this, but I know I'm not the only one out there that has this concern.

We were pretty lucky last year with injuries. This year we seem pretty snake bitten, and it's worriesome. Just hope for the best.

rb is one postion we can afford to lose a player. ford will come in and play the same role as blue, and do just fine. i see what your saying in terms of the overall issue with injuries though. i hope it ends soon.

the only position we couldn't afford to lose a starter was quarterback. as long as mett is healthy, we'll be fine unless a lot more players go down

Lets be honest, the sec is weak. Our schedule is weak. Seriously what team do you think will beat LSU other than bama? UF maybe, but im not sold in them cus i was never sold on dooley and UT. They are garbage and cant run the ball.

Now i could see it biting us against uga in seccg with more injuries down the line, but if not then these young guys will have had plenty of time to adjust.

Mills is doing fine pretty darn good at cb, hadnt missed a beat at olb, we are loaded at rb, LT was a big loss but we have a 6th yr player and talented young guys that will be fine.. we dont need to lose anymore starters but the positions weve had injuries have had plenty of talent who can step in. im not throwing the towel in yet..

QB, yes, also OLine, Eric Reid and Minter. These are where we truly can't afford more losses. Maybe cornerback, too.

wtf? yeah, we're thinner than we were a month ago...but so is everyone else. it's called football...and it's a metaphor for war. people get wounded, get well and fight on. people are lost for the campaign or are never seen again. we'll deal with it just like everybody else. only difference is, we got mo'....and we got betta'.

chill the frick out with the quitter shite.

onward...six leagues at a time.

If they wear rose colored glasses you're not going to get a legitimate discussion

We haven't even started sec play. Seeing mingo limp off the field Saturday pissed me off. He had no buisness playing when he has been wearing a boot all week.
