what's going where cellars of river ridge was? status of new cellars?

A) I see interior buildout has begun at previous location of Cellars of River Ridge - what's going here now?
B) What's the status of the new Cellars of River Ridge next to SNAP?

My family owned the building & just sold it recently. They are making 2 separate businesses out of it. I forget what its going to be but can find out

No. though i wouldnt say even if you gussed
