My first attempt at a GIF using Photoshop

This was during the Auburn/Clemson game. I remember seeing this clip and it catching my attention, so I thought it could make a good GIF lesson. But as you can see, the uploaded (to photobucket) GIF isn't very smooth. The final product was though. Can someone tell me why this is so choppy and the same GIF I have on my computer is smooth?

Duplicate frames and size.
Try this:
1) Delete duplicate frames
2) Increase frame delay
3) Change image size from 720 to 500
4) Crop out the black bars

I figured out how to do 3 and 4, but how do you delete duplicate frames and increase frame delay? I'm using Photoshop CS5, if that helps.

You just have to look through frame by frame to remove the duplicate frames. It might look ok if the duplicate frames are constant throughout.
Frame delay time is under each frame in the animation panel. Select all frames to change them all at once.

I know of it, but have never tried it. My luck sucks, so I figured I would get arrested.

Let me know if you need help with torrents. I can get you started. All you really need to do is download a program, Utorrent, and then find a good site with torrents and that's kinda it
