It comes back on in January for 16 to 20 episodes and then loses it spot to baseball, NASCAR, and UFC.

I honestly had no idea that Cops was still airing new episodes. Per Wiki it isn't cancelled yet.
I would have actually bet money that it hadn't aired new ones in years. 24 seasons on the air (since 1989). Impressive.

This is probably its last season unless another network picks it up, word is Fox only did so that it would make it to 25.

Yep.
In My Opinion, I consider it to be the first and best reality TV show out there.
I mean really, it can't get any more dramatic and reality-like than run ins with the law.

I guess when the aren't showing sports it will be repeats of the stuff they show during the week. Apparently COPS isn't as profitable to Fox as it use to be and that was a big reason why AMW was canceled.
