Defense of the week

Im playing defense of the week, and almost lost last week thanks to the Bills netting -2 points. Heres who Im looking at currently:
OAK @ MIA: Rookie QB, but West coast travelling East makes me hesitant.
CIN v CLE: Another rookie QB, and I don't think they will get smoked like they did against BAL.
MIN @ IND: Luck was a TO machine against da Bears, but they only managed 5 points against JAX
Long term and short term thoughts?
And no, the NE D is not available.
