I think I might have fixed it. Internet at hotel is really slow... so, I don't know how good it uploaded.

Whoever did this initially did 80% of the work already. Find the original file and one of us will give you a hand.......for some Bama tickets jk

I made this today. I don't have the knowledge or resources to make it clean. I have the original file. What do I need to do next?

Even better then. You'll have to find some shots of Chiz, Miles etc that will mimic the videos' motions. Obviously it won't be exact, but if you get a front profile and side profile shot of all of them, it will flow much better.
Instead of putting cut-outs of their faces, use the magic wand or quick select tool to "add" the areas you want (or don't want depending on the tool you use) and then apply them in the animation. It's quite a bit easier than it sounds, but it is time consuming to get it just right.
Good luck and let's see how it turns out

here is an example of a quick one I made a few weeks back. Notice how Jason's face mimics the motion with head-turns etc?

Thanks! I used Easy Gif Animator. I think it is distorted because I am out of town for work and uploaded it from a hotel. I am going to try to uploaded it when I get home. Hopefully that will clear it up. Thanks for the tips!

It is, probably an upload problem but that doesn't take away from it too much. I spewed when laughing miles caught fainting Saban

That isn't the problem Slid. More than likely it's an issue with Easy Gif Animator. Those programs are REALLY poorly programmed.
