When is the next season of breaking bad?

I know the last season just ended but I'm just curious.

Technically it will still be the same season but the next episode is next summer.

still dont understand why they are calling it season 5 part 2 when it's coming on a whole YEAR after the first part. should just be season 6

I think it's because the actors get more money (or maybe AMC has to pay more) if there another "season".

what I read is....
a) AMC couldn't afford all 16 shows in one season
b) the show was said to be 5 seasons, and vince didn't want to extend it and break his vow
I really think the show should have just ended after season 4.

You could look at seasons 1-4 and ignore 5 and see a very good arch get concluded and feel left satisfied
