There is a bar on Causeway by airline that was showing the Saints game the other day. Cash only the sign said.

pretty sure most places downtown or in the quarter are open. I know for a fact that walkons and happys are open

Finn Mcools on banks street. Great place. Great atmosphere. Great food, lots of beer.
