I am coming from the west for the first time this year, and i am wondering how much time should i allow for bridge traffic in the late morning

A lot.

Try to plan on being near the bridge by, at the latest, noon.

I'm curious about this also. Tomorrow will be the first time since I was a kid I leave for BR the morning of the game.

I was traveling west on 10 today, and the basin bridge was stop and go, and the Ms river bridge was pretty slow too. I think that was from an accident near Grosse Tette, but it is Labor day weekend so there will be travelers. No later than 1 should you be near the bridge, if you ask me.
