Is I-12 on the Northshore open?

Coming from Alabama to Baton Rouge tomorrow for the game. I have not heard anything about I-12 on the Northshore. I assume that it is open, but just wanting to clarify.
Basically, is I-10/I-12 open from Mobile to Baton Rouge?

Def open, just drove from Madisonville to Picayune with no problems.

Still might want to go earlier. I-12 may have more traffic if I-10 at LaPlace and some state and local roads are still closed.
