Generator Help - Running but no electricity output

I got a call from some family members saying their generator is running, but not putting out any electricity. They tried reseting the circuit breaker, but that doesn't work. I'm guessing the generator went "flat"? Does anyone have any tips/ideas on how to fix this?
The generator is a McCulloch FG5700AK if that helps.

I posted a similar thread last night trying to help a friend over the phone. Search my posts and you should see it. Got some insight from a few people. Friend gave up and went to their camp so they never tried the suggestions.
