Hotel confirmation for this weekend

Has anyone called their hotel to make sure they are open this weekend? I just called mine and got forwarded to central reservations and the lady said the hotel is closed due to no power. I be fuuuuuucked!!

Didn't even think about that. Thanks for the advice. Just had my husband call and ours is still good. They said they will call us if anything changes.
