What should it look like after 45 mins on 325 degrees?

Tasty and ready fora run through some Baby Rays.

But possibly burnt, I have never baked any.

if it was already smoked, it'll be pretty dry.

i do 20 min at that temp.

It was brown on the outsides but pink on the inside. I wasn't quite sure if it had already been cooked.

if it was smoked, all ya had to do was get it hot.

325 for 20-25min would do it, turning over half way through.
