This guy is obviously picking and choosing facts that try to make his argument.
If you want a good laugh for the day, take a look.

For God's sake, it's tougher to go undefeated in the Colonial Athletic Association than it is in the SEC.

Some guy from Alabama must have raped him as a kid or something.

like SEC fans don't?
The trouble with using the regular season records like he does is he doesn't tell us what the match ups are or where those were played. His argument about Auburn can only move up because they played other highly ranked SEC teams ignores the fact that they were only 1 of 2 BCS teams and 1 of 3 D1 teams period to finish undefeated. Also the preseason rankings are not important to the computers.
The SEC is the best conference because there are more good programs capable of winning it all. But its not always the meat grinder SEC fans say (Bama last year played 6 SEC games vs teams with 5 or more losses, did not play 2 of the other 5 ranked teams).
A better guide would be % of NFL players per team. SEC fans will be quick to point out the SEC has the most players in the NFL, but it also has the most teams. I suspect, the % per team is probobly still the highest.

His overall point has more merit than we want to admit, but he doesn't even know it. His use of data is abysmal. He compares ALL of the SEC with ALL of the other conferences and then says that the SEC is not superior. But, take the top of the SEC and pit it against the top of the other conferences. LSU, for example, has lost just ONE out of conference game in the past 7 years, TWO in the past 9 years, and FIVE since 2000. LSU has not lost a regular season out-of-conference game since Virginia Tech in 2002, despite having played a slew of ranked teams.
Other top SEC teams can boast similar records when they are on top. The issue is, that if you take the top 4 SEC teams each year for the past decade and pit them against other conferences top teams, the SEC will outperform them. Then, take the next four and so on.
Sure, other conferences are good too. No doubt. We get too full of ourselves. But, people who understand football would know that this guy has no idea what he is talking about.
