In West Riverside neighborhood of uptown NOLA; moved in this week (5 days ago).

No power for the last 6 or so hours. Been getting trashed with the new neighbors. Just noticed some water dripping through the ceiling in two places, one on each floor. Nothing too serious that a little work and paint cannot fix. I've got some towels on the floor and pots collecting the drips. Was freaking out at first, but after walking around with the lantern I realized it's not that bad at all.

Limbs are down everywhere. Car is parked in street and fine. No standing or rushing water in street; everything is draining fine.

Turning off phone now to save battery.

What's the damage where you're at? Hope everyone is safe.

Damn. I could have damage outside but it's too crazy out there right now to walk around the house.

Same. Used every towel and some extra bed sheets to soak them up. Pots catching drips now.

You lucky SOB. Well, be careful with that around the puddles.
