Yea, that's from Madden 11 with Drew on the cover. I had to take a picture when I noticed.
I have Madden 12 as well, and it seems to have an all black crowd also.

Actually, he's from Carencro, Louisiana, and I believe he was on the Real World New Orleans. He served in a friend of mine's wedding.
