Move Robinson to nickel and Johnny Patrick to number 2 CB?

While I was watching the game last night with my friend, he made this claim which I had actually thought about for the longest time. Robinson is quick but can not necessarily cover to the point of a number 1 or 2 corner while johnny patrick showed he could. Would y'all be in favor of seeing this happen at CB:

I think Robinsons decencies last night were more the by product of him being injured and out of practice for awhile. He's def our #2 corner.

You also have to understand that in the last preseason game, PRob played the same way there just like he did all of last year as well. He is just hsowing that he cannot guard a team's 1 and 2 WR's in my opinion.

And if you can't guard a team's 1 or 2 in the preseason, I don't see much chance of it happening during the regular season

Lets examine the facts.
Gregg Williams loved him some man coverage, Spags is more zone based, which means there is going to be some growing pains with the younger guys.
Defenses are going to be insanely vanilla, and much easier to pass on in the preseason than the regular games.
Unless you are a rookie/roster bubble guy, you are not going 100%. Its just too easy to get injured in a preseason game.

ok, but when the saints went to man, robinson got beat, and also missed a lot of tackles on the outside while patrick was a sure tackler. i'm not saying take robinson off the team, im saying move him to nickel to more utilize his skill set that he possesses is all i am saying.
