laser set ups fpr Springfield XDM

I have a 9mm xdm and am looking to put a laser on it, money really isn't an issue with this purchase, you get what you pay for. I was hoping to get some opinions on the differences on laser grips, lasers mounted to the accessory rail, and the laser spring rod. obviously, I am not doing all three.
