LSU should pay for his schooling? I just don't get the guys rationale there. I think every fan including me wants TM7 to earn a chance back but he has to deal with that difficult journey that he made for himself. The entire way. This proves that the chance is worth it.

Seriously, Stephen A. Smith is the stupidest person on TV. And that includes Robert Smith.

I've already stated how I feel about people named Smith and how stupid they are.

Anna Nicole Smith.

I rest my case.

and BTW- Each of you would respect him more IF he paid his way, took classes, trained hard...JUST at the chance- that would say a lot about the character of a man...even if that chance didn't happen. my opinion is it would be worth the gamble

As bad as Cowherd can be I still listen to hear what is going on and to hear his interviews and such... Smith I would not even give that courtesy to. I change the channel any time I hear his voice.

University did

I don't agree with Stephen A Smith just adding that as an arguement for his side

He would no longer be an athlete, but merely a student. Anyone could pay his tuition without any violations, Grandma,Mafia, drug dealer, or Pres Obama.

Fact of the matter is that a HUGE part Tyrann's problem is a feeling of entitlement. Forcing his hard working parents to come up with the money for tuition would be a great lesson to get him on the right track. Everybody needs to focus on what this kid needs to do to lead a productive life whether football is a part of that or not.

He made the point that since LSU made so much money off of him (which I'm sure is millions) that LSU should pay for his tuition.

Kicked off the team or not, he brought a lot of money to a lot of people. Hard to argue against that point.

Stephen A Smith doesn't know anything besides NBA other than that it's like listening to a 88 year old grandmother (whos hobbies are sewing and bingo) talking about sports.

But LSU was paying his way via scholarship. He broke rules. Scholarship revoked. I don't see why LSU should be obligated this year.

It happens. Don't beat yourself up over it.

He's a professional troll. He literally makes a living by coming up with inflammatory bullshite for unsuspecting readers/viewers.
