What is your issue? The coach and administration want to make sure their guys are doing the right thing and this is one way to find out.

Maybe, maybe not. The team rules might change if the brain dead law would change first. Are there many legal substances that are prohibited by team rules? I dunno. Alcohol? Tobacco? Hemlock?
