I'm planning on having a jersey autographed at Fan Day and framing it for my Dad's Christmas gift. Should I get the signatures on the front or the back and how do I keep someone from accidently signing the wrong side? Also what type marker would be best to prevent running or bleeding through? TIA

Just use a regular sharpie and sign on the number on the back because you gonna show the back of the jersey when you frame it.

Like this.

Thank you, I have a #12 for the 2012 season and was hoping to get most of the team as time allows.

Oh I see, you getting more than one autographs. I'm sure a sharpie will still work, it shouldn't run or anything, it's not like you gonna wash it.

Thanks alot I said run but I meant more like wicking in the threads of the fabric. Thanks again and I'm sure a sharpie will work.

Since you are having multiple players sign, I'd have the front signed so you can see the "LSU." (If you were having a player sign their own jersey, I'd say the back.)

I'd also put a piece of foam core or stiff cardboard inside the jersey as a stiffener. Should make i easier to write on. Go with black Sharpie.

I had wondered about that plus the cardboard would help keep it from bleeding through onto the back.
