My class favorite has got to be Budda Baker! #1 in the name department.

Recruiting is sure taking a different twist the last few years...I can see it now..In 5-10 years from now we will be looking at 1st,2nd,and 3rd graders or what kind if gene pool they come lol

looks good for LSU

Offered number 1 guy, good chance we get number 4 guy, number 5 guy, already have a committment on number 6 guy, and probably number 10. If we get 4 of the top ten, that would be legit.

Les can't recruit.

What's the story on him? Thought he supposed to stay in the Carolinas?

He played RB, FB, and maybe linebacker for Westgate last year. I saw him against Curtis in the Dome early in the year. He was pretty impressive. I'm anxious to see how he progresses.

Not much. I thought he didn't say much after his visit that would make me think he were SERIOUSLY considering LSU. But Jay Booey seems to have a feeling on the kid.

Have him in the 2014 thread as a running back but had no tape. Got it from somewhere else and just added it there.

HA! Another package deal -- with Budda and his twin, Studda, who is said to have an impressive set of wheels, a fastback (we would be trading him for Ford, should he be pulled by the draft). They have good motors and don't take a backseat to anyone. Oddly, they don't do a lot at home but are great on the road. Maybe we can steer them in our direction. Certainly they have given this post a lot of mileage.

Spain didn't say anything definitive after his time at LSU but in an article I read somewhere he did mention LSU once or twice when talking about his future. He also said he wants to make some games this fall and he mentioned making games at North Carolina, South Carolina, LSU, and possibly Florida. It's good to be the third team mentioned when you want to go to games and another thing is that Coach Chavis has done alright in the Carolinas. In no way is he a lock or even a lean but I do think LSU is in good condition for not being a "home team" & will be in the thick of things for a while with Bentley. An oline class with Robinson, Spain, Brumfield, and Clapp would be amazing. Only need those four if ya ask me
