Keeper League penalties

Those of you who are in a keeper league, regardless of how many keepers, what is yall's penalty for keeping a player? We are trying to start one up this yr and are looking for the best way to go about it. TIA

These are our rules.
-You must draft the player after the 5th round
-If he is still on your team at the end of the year you can keep him.
-You get to keep him with a 2 round penalty (draft him in the 10th, keep him in the 8th)
-You can not ever freeze a first round pick. Meaning, If he is your 4th rounder this year, you can freeze him as your 2nd rounder but if you freeze a 5th, then 3rd you cant freeze into the first.

Pretty simple for ours. Deduct avg yahoo draft price from their starting budget + 10% premium.
I.E. If you keep Arian Foster, you deduct $50 (that's his average going price on yahoo) + $5 so you start with $145 budget.
ETA: Auction draft for all years, and 3 keepers total
