Shreveport Times Links on the Front Page

Is there are reason why there seem to be more links to the Shreveport Times than to the other local papers that cover LSU? It's my impression that just about every time I go to click on a story from the "Latest LSU News & Discussion" section of the front page, it's a link to Guilbeau (who, incidentally, I prefer not to read). How do you guys decide which local LSU storeis to link?
