Having Trouble Downloading Rosters on NCAA 13

Im trying to download roster from operation sports and any of the usernames i try to put in is not working. This happened to anybody else?

Make sure you're spelling the GT right.

i downloaded carson's last night for 360 no problem.
yeah maybe make sure you are downloading the right one for your console? idk.
after u download them u need to go to file management to manually to load them maybe?
