That is Phil eagle DeSean Jackson. That play is from the Army All Star game, when he was a high school sr. The douchebag showboat play resulted in a fumble at the 1. When asked if he had to do it over again, would he change anything? He replied, "I would've jumped a little later". He became infamous for his Monday night football flipping the ball backward at the players (taunt) against Dallas. You guessed it, on the 1 yd line while going in for the score. His response, "I'm still gonna celebrate". Monday night football referenced/showed the Army game play.
