Gluten Free Menus in BR

Who has the best gluten free menus? Of course Truly Free is completely gluten free but which regular places have decent gluten free choices. Carabas, BJ's Brewhouse, Chili's and PF Changs are the only ones I can think of. PF Chang seems to be the most comfortable and accommodating.

We've been to a lot of those & I'd never believe they had a clue about gluten. They think if they leave the bread off, it's gluten free. We've had the waitress bring a steak with a piece of bread on top of the steak & then they say "oh sorry" take the bread off and hand it to us

It's really hard to find this kind of thing in BR because of the type of food that's popular.

Some places will fry their catfish in cornmeal and in a separate fryer.. the place I work does it for people.
