My late friend , a true Saints Fan...

I just noticed after all this time that there was a thread on here about the church van accident that happened in Oak Grove, LA.
<a href="LINK ;
Although I don't really care much for the direction that thread went, it was good to see the decent people give prayers and honor the tragic loss of these people.
Anyways, the driver of the church van was Joey Mckan. I literally worked 4 ft. from the guy for 6 years. We became very close friends. He became a real part of our crowd. We watched football, UFC, etc. etc. together for quite a long time.
I would've loved to have seen him use his wit and knowledge on this board. He was a huge saints fan and will always be missed by those that knew him. He played football for Oak Grove. 6'2" 425lbs . He played as a guard. Good one too.
Anyways, I just felt like paying tribute to a very good friend of mine and a true Saints fan. I would've loved to have heard his opinions on this crazy off season.
RIP buddy.

He was a funny guy. He would've fit in great on this board. Sorry about the link. I can't get it to work for whatever reason.

Is he in the football pic? I don't see anyone in there that's 425 lbs. We played OG in the Semis about 7 or 8 years ago. That was a good team.
Sorry for your loss. RIP.

Too bad he died so soon. I'm sure he would love to have seen the Saints kicking arse this season!
On a different note, we all know Spoonie and Minnesot....I mean Alejandro are douche bags, but that thread is a pretty hard evidence of their douchebaggery.

He may not have been quite 425 in school but most of it was in his arse
He would be ok with me saying that
