As far as Halo is concerned, I know this is full on Germans, but it really struck me yesterday how hard you have to work for a kill in that game. I'm all for it at times, especially if you compare it to the insta-death that comes with most shooters, but if you are really rusty with the series, it can be pretty frustrating. I had fun playing, but it drove me nuts how many bullets I would put into someone and I would either get dropped by them or have someone else get the kill.
It probably has a lot to do with me being the suck.

Tell me about it. I had a couple of decent games, but overall, I need to get back in the groove. I think my sensitivity was too high. I always played on 9 or 10 on the game, but since I have been playing BF and the slower action it was hard to keep the battle rifle on people's head and make good shots. I'll be playing it again for sure.

I can never settle on a sensitivity. I usually play it really low (had it on 3 yesterday), but it's tricky to find that sweet spot.
