Corrupt Autosave file (XBox) Help! Edit: Fixed!!!

I'm playing Red Dead Redemption (i know I'm a little tardy getting around to this one). It has a corrupted auto save as the newest file, so it defaults to that one and freezes on the loading screen. It doesn't give the option to pick another file, unless I start a new game on hardcore. Is there any way to delete the bad file from xbox settings?

I have no idea how to fix that, but it happened to me on FFXIII.
I was over 60 hours in and right before the last boss when my save file corrupted. I just said frick it and sold it back to gamestop.

Sucks though. If you can't pull up any previous save files, there is nothing you can do.

WOW; JUST FIXED IT!!!
Okay, so i finally found the game file and deleted it. Here's how:
From main xbox menu,
-System settings
>Memory
>Hard Drive
>Games
>Red Dead Redemption
>latest (corrupt) file
Select it, then delete it.
It worked for me. Hope this helps anyone else!
