Why is everybody so concerned about the road games next year?

I don't understand all of the worry about the road games we have next year. I think this team proved last year that they are true road warriors. Beating WV and Bama in their houses and Oregon at a neutral site was no easy feat. I understand that the games won't be easy by any means but I'm still confident that we run the table and play for the championship in Miami.

i'll be in auburn this yr for the first time, so we better win that one.

won't be goin back to the swamp ever again, but we should handle them too.

arkansas will be our biggest test IMO.

Are people forgetting how hard it is to go undefeated in the SEC?

Seems like every time somebody mentions the schedule for next year there's always a negatiger says that we could drop one at Arky, the Swamp or at Auburn or even at aTm (God forbid )

worst road game experience i've ever had. many on this board can attest to that as well.

terrible tailgate scene, dick cops, rude fans, etc...

i can take anything that's told to me, but we had people threatening the girls we were with. i said then and there that i would never go back.

In regular conference play it has happened the previous three years. This year is no different than any other, with the exception that the East isn't as strong as it used to be. I think LSU is set up for another conference championship run.

The only game I really and truly think we might lose is Bama. With that being said, an improved Florida team could be a test on the road. I still say undefeated or bust for this season. (I predicted 10-2 last year )

Same could be said about Baton Rouge, Athens, Knoxville....

When your fans walk down the streets of the town and ride around in cars SCREAMING...LSU LSU LSU LSU....

How do you expect the fans to react? Out of all the home games in gainesville I have been to, the only opposing student fans I have seen that rival the Vols are LSU.

Any time you deal with drunk, 19-22 year old college kids, you are going to see some stupid shite.

You really should come back to G'ville....won't hear a stadium louder anywhere in the nation

like i said, i can handle all that cause it's part of the fun/experience. but we had girls threatened in our group by more than one group of florida fans.

Obviously a stadium gets louder when a team is awesome. I was a Tiger Stadium in 2009 when we locked down the offense all game. I was literally whispering to my girlfriend in the 4th quarter. Does that mean TS is always like that? Not at all.

The loudest I have personally heard The Swamp was the 2008 LSU game. Ill put the crowd noise during the second play of that game up against anything.

LINK

I have heard that the block on the final play in 2006 vs. Spurrier was louder though....

i don't know what you think is so funny about that. athens is one of the best college towns to experience an away game in the country IMO.

i'd rank it ahead of BR as well, and i'm an lsu fan.
