Hearing from A&M friends that the WR from Manvel, TX has decommitted. His teammate, DB Tavares Garner, committed to A&M today so it looks like Parker might be joining him in short order.

Sucks, but I didn't want to take more than 4 Wr's this class anyway

Plus DeSean Smith is a receiving TE

I wanted Parker. He had a nice list and showed well at the camp. Upsetting that he's letting a package determine this and we didn't offer his pal.

If that is the case, good luck to Mr. Parker on whatever school he ends up at.

McGaughey........sheesh! This guy was supposed to "Rock the Boat" in Texas.

This was not a commitment...........I have to believe he used LSU to motivate "his preferred school," to offer....

We are vetting these guys? We accept commitments, with no conditions? I know commitments are non-binding....but this is just ridiculous........it is happening more now...and earlier....dammit

It's also worth noting that he went to A&M and Texas camps immediately after committing to LSU. Can't imagine Les was too thrilled with that.

Yeah maybe he can score touchdowns on us at home in a SEC western division game and you can high five him inside TS.

What is that supposed to mean? I'm not going to go off on a rant about a kid choosing somebody else that is not LSU. I prefer to stay classy.

We have a ton of higher ranked prospects on the big board. Ricky Seals Jones is looking real good now

Just giving you some additional ways to be "classy" because you somehow think that everyone needs to be thrilled about losing a commitment to be classy. Because that's how it works.

He's the definition of that guy.

Not surprised Parker decommited, once Garner didn't get an offer there was rumbling of wavering.

Ok, honestly, this is how I feel about it...

This SUCKS!!! BUT what can we do about it? LSU will still be great. I'd prefer RSJ anyway, so here's to hoping!

That was my only point. This is the internet, not real life. You don't have to tell some kid that has no idea this board even exists congratulations because you're concerned over the perception of our fanbase.
