Wow. I didn't expect this at all...much less this early in the race.

But the exit polls that showed Walker tied with the democratic challenger that was dead wrong said that Obama was winning by 8 points! Lawrence O'Donnell told me that Obama was the big winner that night!

:nb4rasmussenisbiasedforGOP: Note that this is a Likely Voters poll (which, again, will trend GOP). If a comparable Registered Voters poll shows Obama leading, that means turnout will be a problem. Show me a comparable RV poll with Romney leading and Obama has a HUGE problem.

I completely expected it, the bluest of blue states went red in the midterms, and for the first time in history the now red state of Wisconsin elected to keep their governor, Obama is a bumbling fool and easily the worst president in American history, if he wasn't half black he couldn't hold a job as a McDonald's shift supervisor.

Even more encouraging. Poll is of likely voters and not just registered. I'm sure Lawrence O'Donnell will continue to talk about how President Obama was the big winner in Wisconsin last week.

this is a german thread. we dealt with this one already. there is no such RV poll. Nate Silver says that Rasmussen is possibly off by over 3%, based on previous Rasmussen polls.

When did we deal with this one already? Poll came out today.

Ok, so even assuming this alleged margin of error, for a state Obama won by 13% in 2008, he is now in a dead heat. I bet you're pretty excited about that prospect.

Like the exits polls were off almost 10% Face it OTTO, the sheeple have woken up, only low information demagogues like yourself think Obama is anything more than an affirmative action shill for big wall street and big drug, if blacks weren't inherently racist he would have very little support in the AA community.

Yeah, and interesting. quote:
The president is ahead 54% to 45% among voters who are excited about the 2012 matchup. Romney leads 48% to 33% among those who are just choosing the lesser of two evils. Among voters not affiliated with either major political party in the Badger State, Romney draws 43% support to Obama’s 38%. Male voters in the state prefer Romney 52% to 37%, while female voters support the president 50% to 42%. In Wisconsin, 45% of Likely Voters rate their personal finances as good or excellent, while 14% describe them as poor. Twenty-seven percent (27%) believe their finances are getting better, but 39% say they are getting worse. Though a plurality (46%) of Wisconsin voters recognizes that the government lost money in the bailouts of General Motors and Chrysler, 45% consider the auto industry bailouts a success. Thirty-six percent (36%) regard the bailouts as a failure. However, when told that the government is expected to lose billions of dollars on those bailouts, just 33% consider them a success, and 56% see them as a failure. This is comparable to findings nationally.
Thanks for the link.

I'll give the Obama camp this....they have been making one misstep after another the past month or two. At this point, I think the democrats would have to depend on a Romney scandal to stop the tail spin.....and I wouldn't put it past the republicans to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

The fact that the republican party is made up of incompetent pussies is the only thing that really bothers me about this election, Obama is in so far over his head its hilarious.

Its not that Romney has a marginal lead that should worry barry and his gang of henchmen. Its the low percentage that he's polling that should have them all scrambling.

The fact that Obama is continuous under 50% in all these polls should scare the shite out of Democrats.

Plus the difference in the polls using Registered Voters (which show Obama in the lead) and those using Likely Voters (which show Romney in the lead), indicating that Dem turnout could well be a large problem.
