Posted the link yesterday.....Recording is poor, all we did was hang one mic in the middle of the band room, then record onto my mac book......we should start recording a full length later this summer

You have posted a good number of Metallica solos. If you pick out whatever solo you want, I'll do the backing track for it. All you have to do is record with just the guitar sound, no music in the background. I know almost every talliica song by heart, but never did their solos. Been wanting to do a cover video for a while and finally have thetime.

I can do this but the videos on my youtube page are recorded with my iphone
I had recording equipment but I lent it to ppl years ago and never got it back. I will make some inquiries about my Shure mic and mixer. quote:

You name a song and I'll see if I can do the solo. It will be a challenge for me as I haven't picked up my guitar for quite a w hile (the videos I linked were from two years ago). But I've had gaps way longer than that where I stopped playing and came back better each time so anything is possible I suppose.
