Just a small percentage, but still free money.
The nationals are currently +122 on 5dimes and the marlins are -115 on sbgglobal. If you bet half your bank on each side on both sites you make about 6%.
Edit: just dropped to +120. Still can make about 4.5%.

95 on Nationals makes you 114
98 on Nationals makes you 117.60
So you have to go 115 and 98 to make around 3 bucks per those bets.

Do these types of inefficiencies occur often in MLB lines?

Yeah, just go to therxforum.com and click the free odds. You can check the realtime odds at all of the online sportsbooks and some of them are slow to change.
And yeah, I said half but you half to split it correctly. The lines adjusted though so it's too late to hit this one.

When they come out you can normally find 2 sites with different lines and can take both sides. I remember in 2007 pinnacle and sportsbook would keep offering lower juice. I got no juice on 1 and 5% on another and just bet both sides and raped about 1k from either side.
You have to bet max to make any money tho. I think most sites allow 3k.

There was another game tonight that fit the bill. At the time of the game on SBGglobal you could have gotten Boston -167 and Baltimore +175 at 5 dimes or Sportsbet.

How often do they happen? If you could get one bet a week that made you 3% you could turn $5,000 into over $10,000,000 in just 5 years!!!!!!

Fairly regularly. At least once a week in baseball, probably more like 3-4 times. It's a lot harder out here than online because the lines are all pretty close and you have to drive everywhere to line shop.
