This guy signed very late with LSU, but he's got the size to be a game changer on the o-line.
LSU roster

Transfer from a JUCO I think. He's listed as a junior. Any chance he starts or gets significant playing time this year? I could see him manning one of the guard positions possibly.

Zero chance he starts, but honestly he could use a redshirt (has 3 to play 2)...but we don't take JUCOs to sit them so I guess he backs up Williford at RG perhaps. He may start at LG next year if Collins moves to RT (Hurst leaving) or LT (Faulk leaves early) and Dworaczyk graduates.

Is that SEE in your mind's eye, or SEE, based on your having followed the San Mateo team the past year?

1. I bet you have never seen him play.

2. this is a GERMANS topic, covered at length when he committed.

3. If you have anything of substance to add, tell us which of the 4 best current guards/guard nominees that you would move him ahead of.

Just take a look at out 2nd team Oline and you will see he has not chance of playing this year no matter how good he is.

He could win the 2nd team RG job. Trai Turner is the backup there and he's just a redshirt freshman so he has never played.

I honestly feel like we got him just in case Dworacyzk couldn't play

The plan when he signed was to redshirt him, don't think that has changed

Trai Turner also one of our better looking young lineman. He maybe a redshirt freshman but he still has the leg up since he has been at LSU a year. I never seen us with this many talented lineman. As good as our starting oline is they will have a hard time keeping Vadal, Trai and porter out of the lineup.

Redshirt, but he'll probably start next season.

Probably enough to cause Hawthorne to retire.

Shouldn't cause too much of a problem...
O lineman aren't mentioned as often as skill people...

Dworaczyk is gonna be the #1 fill-in for either guard. It doesn't matter if Collins or Williford got hurt, Dworaczyk would be the replacement.
