Harper or Kubel?

Both are sitting out there as FAs. Standard scoring system.

You know what you're going to get with Kubel, which is a very mediocre player. Harper on the other hand is feast or famine.

I would say Harper for his upside. But also keep in mind that Chris Young just came back from the DL and Stephen Drew is expected to come back shortly. This could help Kubel's RBI numbers since he will probably continue to bat either 5th or 6th in our lineup. But I'd stil go with the kid.
