So im up in New England for a week for work. Anything to do or anywhere i should go in Hartford, Farmington, W. Hartford, or Waterbury?

Good luck, I was in Norwalk, CT for a month... Painful. Only good thing was a quick train right into The City

I lived in Kent, CT for 3 years and loved it. Thats Litchfield County in The NW corner of the state. Different world compared to the central and eastern part of the State.
Only thing I can recommend is a drive to Mystic to chow down on some excellent Lobster and/or catch a train in to the City if you have time.
