Anybody keeping up with this? The semis are tomorrow:
Djokovic vs Federer
Nadal vs Ferrer
The #2 ranking is at stake here headed into Roland Garros. Nadal has to win this tourney to take the spot back from Roger.
I think that Fed takes Djokovic out and then loses to Nadal in the final. Novak hasn't been playing very well on clay this year and Fed has been on fire. Interestingly enough though his best shot at keeping #2 would probably be Djokovic beating him, as I think he would have a better shot against Nadal in the final.

Any real significance in the #2 spot going into the French? Federer/Nadal will be the semifinal match-up either way. It's not like it's the US Open with the 1v3 2v4 bullshite that happened last year.

Yeah, the 3 and 4 are seeded randomly, so Federer has a chance at only playing one of them if he can hold onto the #2 spot.
eta: At this point in his career beating both of them in 5 set matches is probably too much
