This is a non-keeper, 12-team, H2H league.
Categories = R/HR/RBI/SB/AVG/OPB and W/SV/K/HLD/ERA/WHIP
I was proposed a trade. He would get Jered Weaver, I would get Justin Upton

I'm not too high on getting rid of Weaver for Upton considering how good Weaver has been and Upton's struggles. Plus that would leave me without an ace on my staff (taking into account Lincecum's struggles). This guy seems very interested in getting a top of the line SP. I was thinking maybe offering him Marcum for LaHair? Because he's so motivated what's a deal I could put together that would improve my staff overall but not be ridiculously one-sided to where he wouldn't accept or get insulted and not make a deal with me?

I'd keep Weaver cuz your OF is fine, but I would be starting Reddick over the Stubbs Votto

Would about offering somebody or a package deal for A Gon so I could upgrade at 1B?

Potential upgrade offensively isn't worth the hit to your pitching staff in the Upton deal. If Lincecum can regain form, you could possibly explore the deal later on.
