Angels and Spirit Are the Two Leading Names for a Hornets’ Rebrand

There are also additional filings reserving logo’s for both names. Additionally, the city for all four filings is listed as Metairie, where the New Orleans Saints are headquarted and registered.

I could deal with Angels, but Spirit makes me want to throw up. Neither is much better than the Horents though

I would be okay with the Angels. Having the Angels and Saints would be pretty cool.

Angels is a fricking baseball team and Disney movie. Horrible. Honestly, as much as I have fought to rebrand, I'd rather not change to that. Gators would ne way better.
Saints makes sense, but Angels is dumb as shite. Nola is very far from heaven.

Yea, not stoked on either of these at all. They should narrow it down to like 4 or 5 and have a fan vote. If they want people to buy in this would help a lot, especially since nobody really cares for either of these.

They are definately trying to get a supernatural aspect of new Orleans. If that's the case.. i don't see why they just wont buy the voodoo name.

Voodoo is hands down the best, I'm sure we could offer the AFL a pack of hot dogs to acquire it seeing the financial situation they've got going on over there.
