Food Trucks in Shreveport..

Do they exist?

If not, why? It seems as though it would work in the downtown area.

Not a truck but when I lived up there about 6 years ago there was a burrito guy with a cart/stand. It was pretty good.

Shreveport is too sophisticated for food trucks.

Not really enough population density to support one except at Mardi Gras. There are a few downtown buildings with snack bars in them already. On North Market they have some trailers that sell food.

theres is this messican driving a food truck around with FAST TACO on the side. I have tried to call the # but he NEVER answers.
so - maybe his house now... not a food truck.

I've been slowly putting a business plan together, but I haven't done much market research in the area. It's actually a larger financial invenstment than I initially thought.
